The hardest thing to write about is…ourselves! And the most visited page on most websites is always the about page. So the page where we write about ourselves has to be the BEST page on the site. Yikes!
If you had to hand off just one page of your site to a professional copywriter, go with the about page. This isn’t the one you want to write up in a couple of minutes and slap on your site. This page is where people will decide if they like you or not. This is the page where your ideal audience jumps up a couple of notches on the know, like, and trust ladder because they like what your about page has to say about YOU!
Two rounds of revisions are included.
How it works:
After the initial discovery call, we would schedule an interview. This is when you can tell me everything about your business and anything you know you’d like to include on the about page. Don’t worry, I’ll have my own questions prepared too!
Then, I’ll get to work! I will write your content in a Google Doc and share it with you when I’m done. You have 48 hours to read through it and let me know of any revisions you have. You can make comments directly in the doc or send me an email. Easy peasy.

We will work together on a blog by blog basis where you will get one blog delivered each month. All you have to do is let me know the topic for each piece. This is something we can discuss and I can also provide ideas. Once the draft is complete and you approve (up to 2 rounds of revisions are included), it’s all yours! If you are working with a designer, I can share it with them when it’s done as well.

Aka: the money-making page! A sales page is the most important page you can create - right next to your about page. Writing a sales page requires a lot of research, headlines that draw the reader in, tested phrases that urge people to click that “Buy” button - and follow through with it - and lots and lots of words.
On the other end of that “Buy Now” button is the thing that you want most. Financial freedom, anyone?? So this isn’t the time to pinch pennies and cross your fingers that it works. Hire a pro wordsmith that has a system down for writing sales pages and knows what makes people hand over their credit card.
